Terms of Service — Club Of Speed, LLC

By purchasing from Club Of Speed, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following terms:

Products & Warranty

  • Club Of Speed–branded tools (e.g., ETS Retaining Ring Tool) are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase by the original buyer. This warranty excludes misuse, improper installation, modification, or use in racing or competition environments.

  • All other products, including sensors and components, are sold “as-is” and are subject only to the original manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

  • Transmission rebuilds and related services are performed to high professional standards; however, due to the number of variables beyond our control — including driving habits, vehicle condition, power level changes, tuning adjustments, or component compatibility — no warranty or guarantee of longevity, performance, or suitability can be offered or implied.

Except as specifically stated above, all products and services are provided “AS IS”, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Racing / Off-Road Use

  • Many products and services are intended for off-road or competition use only.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to determine the legality of use for public roads in their jurisdiction.

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the installation, operation, and use of these products or services.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club Of Speed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of vehicle use, or vehicle damage).

  • Our maximum liability, in any case, shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Club Of Speed, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse, installation, modification, or operation of any product or service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Venue for any dispute shall be in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Indiana.
